Our Guarantee Promise

If the Client’s application package is not accepted for processing at the time of submission by the competent Croatian consulate, embassy, or other initial receiving authority, the Provider shall, subject to the conditions set forth below, either correct and resubmit the application or refund 100% of the Service Fee paid.

To Qualify for the Guarantee, You Must:

Submit All Required Documents

Provide all requested documents and information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner, as instructed by our team.

Follow Our Instructions

Ensure that your Submission Package is submitted in accordance with our instructions.

Pay All Government Fees

Pay all Government Fees directly to the Croatian embassy or consulate.

Pay All Document, Apostille, and Translation Fees

Pay all Document Fees, Apostille Fees, and Translation Fees directly to the relevant providers, or reimburse us if we arranged them on your behalf.

Cooperate Fully

Cooperate with all reasonable requests throughout the process.

When the Guarantee Does NOT Apply

Submission Issues Outside Our Control

If your Submission Package is not accepted due to failure to follow our instructions.

Inaccurate or Incomplete Information

If issues arise because you or any Applicant provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.

Law or Policy Changes

If your case is impacted by changes in Croatian law, regulations, or government policies after your agreement date.

Criminal Background Issues

If your application is affected by criminal background checks.

Military Background Issues

If your case is impacted by military service or related historical restrictions.

Applicant Non-Cooperation

If any Applicant fails to provide required documents, information, or cooperation.

Refund Process

Request Timeline

Requests for refund must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of final denial notice.

Processing Timeline

We will confirm your eligibility for refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of your written request. Any refund payable will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirming eligibility.

  • • This guarantee applies only to the Service Fee paid to us
  • • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the final denial notice.
  • • All refund claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
