Our Guarantee Promise

If your Croatian citizenship application is denied by final decision of the competent Croatian authority, we will refund 100% of the Service Fee paid to us, subject to the conditions set forth below.

To Qualify for the Refund, You Must Have:

Submitted All Required Documents

Submitted all requested documents and information in a timely manner as instructed by our team.

Paid All Government Fees

Paid all Government Fees directly to the Croatian embassy or consulate in the USA.

Paid All Document, Apostille, and Translation Fees

Paid all Document Fees, Apostille Fees, and Translation Fees directly to the issuing authority, courts, legalization service, certified translator(s), or reimbursed us if such services were arranged on your behalf.

Cooperated Fully

Cooperated fully with our reasonable requests throughout the application process.

When the Guarantee Does NOT Apply

Inaccurate or Incomplete Information

Denial of application due solely to your failure to provide accurate or complete information, or failure to pay Government, Document, Apostille and Translation Fees.

Law or Policy Changes

Application denied or delayed due to any amendment, repeal, reinterpretation, or new enactment of the Croatian Citizenship Act, its implementing regulations, or related government policies occurring after the agreement date.

Criminal Background Issues

Application denied due to issues arising from your criminal background, including but not limited to the results of required background checks.

Military Background Issues

Application refused, delayed, or otherwise negatively impacted due to your own military involvement or the military background of your ancestors (including records or obligations relating to service in the armed forces, mandatory conscription, or other military-related restrictions).

Refund Process

Request Timeline

Requests for refund must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of final denial notice.

Processing Timeline

We will confirm your eligibility for refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of your written request. Any refund payable will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirming eligibility.

Important Notes

  • • This Guarantee covers only the Service Fee paid to us and does not include reimbursement of Government Fees, Document Fees (including costs for civil status records, name change records, and any required court orders), Apostille Fees, or Translation Fees paid by you.
  • • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the final denial notice.
  • • All refund claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
  • • This guarantee applies to applications submitted under the current terms and conditions.
